You can search homes here without giving your name. If you register or contact me, I use what you send to answer you and to provide the real estate services you asked for. I do not sell your personal information. This site does run analytics and advertising measurement, and every one of them is named below.
BoldTrail, the home search and CRM platform. Netlify, which hosts custom pages. Cloudflare, for security and speed. Google Analytics 4. Google Ads. Google Fonts. Mapbox, for maps. Listing data comes from the MLS boards the brokerage is licensed to display and is shown with listing brokerage credit.
Do other companies collect information about your activity across other websites from here? Yes, in a limited way. Google Ads places an identifier that lets Google connect your visit to an ad you clicked, and Google Analytics uses cookies for measurement. That is cross context advertising technology, and I am telling you plainly rather than burying it. Before you make a choice on our consent banner, Google Consent Mode runs in its default denied state: limited, cookieless pings that store nothing on your device and are not used for advertising or personalization. Declining keeps it that way. Accepting turns on standard Google Analytics and Google Ads measurement.
I do not sell your personal information for money, and I do not hand your contact details to other businesses for their marketing. I do not run a Meta pixel, a TikTok pixel, or a lead reseller tag on any page I control.
One disclosure I would rather make plainly than have you discover. Some pages on this domain are served by BoldTrail, the brokerage's home search and CRM platform, rather than by me. Those pages carry advertising tags placed at the platform and brokerage level, including Meta pixels, that are not mine and that I cannot remove from my own settings. I have them blocked at the network edge, so on a normal visit they do not load and no data reaches Meta. I am working with the brokerage and the platform to have them removed at the source. If you want to be certain, the browser controls listed below stop them regardless of what any site does.
This site detects the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal and treats it as an opt out, and it also reads the browser Do Not Track setting. If your browser sends either signal, analytics and advertising stay off without you having to do anything else. Any of the following also works, and I will not treat you differently for using them.
If you text me, you may receive replies from me or my team about your request. Message and data rates may apply. You can stop at any time by replying STOP or simply telling me to stop.
If you want to know what information I have about you, correct it, or have it deleted, contact me and I will handle it for the records I hold, meaning the messages, contact details, and requests you sent. I will not treat you differently for asking.
One honest limit: the analytics and advertising records held by Google are keyed to cookies and device identifiers rather than to your name, so I cannot look up your sessions by email address and pull them out. What I can do is delete what you sent me, and the options above stop the tracking going forward.
